Every Red Maple K9 Gear product is handmade in Michigan from carefully selected materials and hardware, built for work, weather, and miles outside.

If your Red Maple K9 Gear product fails during normal, intended use, we will replace it. Damage from chewing, misuse, modification, or accidents is not covered.

Patina, darkening, lacquer wear, and ordinary scuffs are the natural character of the materials, not failures.

If the original product is no longer made, we will replace it with the closest current equivalent.

For this guarantee, "life" means the useful life of the original Red Maple K9 Gear product under normal, intended use.

• A brief description of what happened
• Clear photographs of the product and the damaged area
